You will benefit from the proximity of many shops.
The charming beaches of Pointe Borgnèse and Anse Figuier are 5 minutes away (5 km), those of Corps de Garde, Gros Raisin in Sainte-Luce 8/10 min. It will take you 15 to 20 minutes to reach the beautiful Salines beach in Sainte-Anne.
The private swimming pool, with salt (natural filtering), is secured by an alarm system (for children) and offers a magnificent view over the entire bay and the islands of Saint Lucia. You will enjoy its pleasant tropical garden, planted with coconut trees, banana trees, orange trees and other species.
The property is made up of:
- a pretty recent house, comfortable, fully air-conditioned and ventilated by the trade winds,
- a private swimming pool,
- a large outdoor wooden terrace connecting the house and the swimming pool as well as a shaded terrace for your meals,
- 1 open and fully equipped American kitchen,
- 1 TV lounge, an office area with WiFi internet access,
- 1 fully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower,
- 3 beautiful bedrooms (including 2 in the main house)
You also have an adorable air-conditioned bungalow in which you will find:
- 1 romantic bedroom with view, walk-in shower and toilet

Nous avons passé de magnifiques moments à la Villa et le propriétaire s’est toujours montré attentionné et arrangeant.
Nous reviendrons mais pour un séjour bien plus long! Car il y a un goût de pas assez.

"Magnifique villa, séjour paradisiaque"
La villa est magnifique, avec un équipement exceptionnel et d'une propreté sans pareil. La vue est imprenable et sans vis à vis. L'accueil très agréable et avec beaucoup de conseils. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter, nous recommandons vivement cette location qui est de loin la plus belle que nous avons réservé depuis nos 30 années de voyage.
