At the exit of an old hamlet, on the edge of the forest, La Grange aux Hirondelles is a 17th century building nicely renovated with natural materials: lime, hemp, wood... Everything has been thought of to make this gîte cozy and comfortable: its sheltered south-facing terrace with a view of the countryside, its well-equipped kitchen, its comfortable bed linen, its creative and careful decoration…

From the gîtes, an old sunken path goes directly down to the charming village of Saint Senoux. You will be charmed by its astonishing bell tower with neo-Byzantine bulbs, an invitation to travel and daydream, and by the friendly Baranoux, a local cooperative café-grocery store-show.

La Grange aux Hirondelles is easily accessible on foot, by bike or by train, with numerous walks and hikes departing from the gîte, through shady woods, flowering moors, rocky hills, green countryside and towpaths.
