In the heart of the village of Mollans sur Ouvèze, located just above the bowling alley with an unobstructed view of the old village and its castle, charming apartment completely renovated overlooking a private and closed courtyard with a parking space and a terrace area shady. Quiet and without vis-à-vis.
The house (61 m²) is composed of three rooms in a row overlooking the outside: a kitchen followed by a living room with sleeping loft (bed 140) and bathroom-wc and a bedroom (bed in 140) with sleeping on mezzanine (bed in 90) and room of water-toilet.
Close to Buis-les-baronnies, Vaison-la-romaine, Orange, Avignon ...
Ideal place to practice climbing, cycling, hiking, swimming in the river ... to discover the ancient sites, the markets of Provence and the many summer festivals.
