This characterful house combines modern comfort and authenticity, offering a peaceful setting for your stays with family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. A shower room with WC completes this level.
Upstairs, the house has three comfortable bedrooms:
- a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm)
- an adjoining bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm), ideal for a child or a single adult
- a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
For your convenience, an additional toilet is also available upstairs.
You can enjoy the beautiful days on the terrace, sheltered by an awning.
The enclosed courtyard allows you to park your vehicle, a garage is also available to store bicycles
The cottage is ideally located for nature lovers and outdoor activity enthusiasts:
- Lac de Vassivière: just 30 minutes away, this lake offers beaches, water activities and hiking trails
- Chammet Golf Course: 10 minutes away, enjoy a game of golf in a green setting
- hiking: many hiking and cycling routes await you to explore the surrounding area and discover the beauty of the Corrèze landscapes
