Charming stone farmhouse of 39 m², for 2 to 3 people, facing South West, renovated
The farmhouse is attached to our house but independent and not overlooked, you can park in front of the rental. Beaches and forest 10 minutes by car
The price takes into account the location of the farmhouse set back from the D116 departmental road, which is a fairly busy road, but the house is very well insulated with wood wool and all the glazing is soundproof.
Mezzanine bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and 1 90 cm bed for one person in an adjoining room. Travel cot, changing mat, bathtub and baby chair available on request
Bathroom with 2 sinks, large walk-in shower, washing machine, toilet

"Un séjour parfait!"
Pascal était présent à notre arrivée et nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Il s'est assuré que nous profitions au maximum de notre séjour dans son gîte moderne et relaxant récemment rénové. Nous étions reconnaissants que le logement soit facile à entretenir car nous avions nos deux chiens avec nous. Bien situé entre Moëlan-Sur-Mer et Quimperlé, nous avions un bon choix d'endroits pour manger et faire nos courses. Depuis le gîte nous avons pu profiter de la visite de nombreux lieux d'intérêt durant notre séjour. Merci beaucoup Pascal!

Belle maison en pierres très fonctionnelle et équipée.

"A refaire à 2"
Cadre très agréable et logement parfait. Plein de choses à voir autour et de randonnées nature à faire. La mer et la forêt, tout y est accessible. 2ème séjour à Moëlan, originaire du secteur, j'y retournerai en espérant qu'il soit libre. Un grand merci à Pascal pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
