You enter through the large living room open to the living room, dining room and kitchen. A laundry area with washing machine has been created as well as a separate toilet.
A door gives you access to the fully fenced 350 m² garden equipped with a table, chairs, garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue, 4x3 m swimming pool and pingpong table, all private. You will also be able to enjoy the view of the rest of the common land of one hectare with our orchard, the playground and the surrounding nature also completely fenced.
A magnificent staircase takes you upstairs where you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 90x200 modular beds. Each bedroom has a storage space with wardrobe. Bed linen, kitchen linen, towels and cleaning included. Bring towels for swimming, not included. Welcome basket offered on arrival. The lawn is freshly sown.
Numerous tourism and leisure activities: visit to castles, caves, villages as well as multiple outdoor activities.

"Charmant gîte au calme"
Le gîte est très agréable, bien équipé, conforme à la description. Le jardin est tout aussi charmant avec ses transats, sa piscine et ses zones ombragés. Le lieu est reposant tout en étant pas loin des commerces et de nombreux sites à visiter.
