Charmant gîte "Le Petit Logis"

Charming cottage for 2 to 5 people, with garden and jacuzzi, in the heart of a medieval village ISSIGEAC, in Dordogne Périgord near Bergerac.

It consists of:
• on the ground floor
- a living room with fitted kitchen, dining room and lounge
- following a small corner with washing machine
- a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet
• upstairs
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk
- another bedroom with two 90 cm beds, one of which is a trundle bed (2 x 90), and a chest of drawers

The garden is fenced with a wooden terrace, with table, chairs, parasol, barbecue and armchairs
At the bottom of the garden, small garage and wooden porch with the INTEX inflatable jacuzzi below (available from April to September).

Public parking right next to the cottage
All amenities such as bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bar, restaurants and shops within walking distance.
Every Sunday morning, a beautiful market in the village streets.

Complete baby equipment (bath, travel cot, high chair and safety gate for stairs).
Sheets and towels package €10 per person.
Final cleaning fee €50. But leave the cottage tidy, empty the dishwasher and take out the trash.

Possibility to rent all year round
week / weekend / min 2 nights
From October to April, possibility of renting by the month, plus electricity.
