The cottage is located in the heart of a beautiful park.
On the ground floor, you will find a very large room of 60 m², with a fireplace, a billiard table and a table football, which opens onto a terrace.
You will also find a fully equipped independent kitchen, a toilet in the entrance.
You will have at your disposal board games, a large television, a DVD player, a Hi-Fi system and CD as well as a WiFi connection.
Upstairs, 5 bedrooms with 5 double beds (160cm) of which 4 can be split, 2 bathrooms (with bath and shower) including one assigned to a bedroom and separate WC.
Outside, you can fully enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and the barbecue.
Possibility of renting bicycles. Portico for children.
The cottage is close to many hiking trails, the Etang du Puits (with its nautical base, beach, refreshments and restaurants), Lamotte-Beuvron, the Federal Equestrian Park (the largest in Europe).
Little more, you will have the possibility of putting horses in a closed meadow.
You will also have a large choice of Loire castles to visit: Sully-sur-Loire, Gien, Chambord, Cheverny, Villandry...
You can even take a hot air balloon flight over the Loire castles if you feel like it.

Nous avons passé 3 jours au vieux gué, le gîte est magnifique et exceptionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, il est confortable, agréable, convivial fonctionnel, bien situé, tout est bien pensé pour passer un super séjour. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, souriants, disponibles et arrangeants. Je recommande à 100%.

"FORMIDABLE"
Ce gîte a énormément de charme et est complètement hors du commun. Sa situation isolée permet de belles promenades en forêt. Grand confort et baby-foot et billard disponibles... un sacré plus ;) Les hôtes sont très à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement !
