La Canopée is an ideal gîte for couples with child(ren), family or friends. It is located on the 1st and last floor of a house divided into two accommodations. The Le Rameau gite located on the ground floor, shares the house with La Canopée.
The cottage is composed of a beautiful living room with lounge, dining area, Bluetooth speaker, convertible sofa (bed 160), two bedrooms (bed 160 and 2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180) and a terrace over the entire length of the cottage
The old port, the castle, the market and local shops are only a few minutes' walk from the cottage. As for the marina and Noeveillard beach, a distance of 1km separates them from the cottage.
Calm is assured on site and the various activities offered in Pornic are a few steps or minutes by car (hiking, beaches, casino, earthenware factory, cycle paths, golf, thalassotherapy, restaurants, shops, cinema, etc.).
A baby kit is provided on request: travel cot with mattress, bath, changing mat, high chair
Bath linen, bed linen, exit cleaning and tourist tax (5%) are not included in the rental price.
A supplement of €5 per person per night is to be added for more than 4 people.

Logement spacieux et lumineux, très bien situé pour tout faire à pieds, au centre et au calme à la fois.
Réel confort : literie de qualité, cuisine bien équipée, séjour cocon.
Déco sobre et jolie avec des petits tableaux, bibelots et éclairages, le tout très harmonieux.
On se sent chez soi immédiatement, conforté par l'accueil de Laetitia, dynamique, souriante, chaleureuse qui est arrivée avec une boîte d'œufs de ses poules.
En résumé, le plus haut niveau de prestations comparé à de nombreuses autres locations dans différentes régions de France.
