Chambre-Gîte des Hirondelles

The Hirondelles room-gite is a small single-storey apartment with a private spa.

It consists of a living room-kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a room for the private spa.
It can accommodate 3 or 4 people.

We enter a first room which includes:
- a sofa which is a bed for one person
- an armchair that can unfold into a bed for one person
- a lounge area with 2 armchairs, a coffee table
- kitchenette

The second room is the bathroom which includes a walk-in shower, a sink and a separate toilet.
The third room is an all-wood bedroom with a 160 bed.
The fourth room is occupied by a private spa, out of sight.

Window details:
• windows, patio doors and bay windows have curtains
• there is no shutter; but in the all wood bedroom there is a blackout curtain
• in the living room-kitchen, there are curtains but they are not blackout

On arrival, we give you an electric beep for the access gate to the property, which allows you to come in and out as you please, at the times that suit you.
You park your vehicle in front of the property in a private car park.
If you need the laundry service (included in the price), do not hesitate to tell us about it.

We are, in distance:
- between 3 and 4 km from the Beauval zoo by the vineyard road
- between 5 and 6 km from Beauval Zoo by the traditional road

The swallows room-gite is equipped with:
• an electric kettle
• a Tassimo electric coffee maker
• a microwave
• a mini-oven
• a refrigerator
• crockery: plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc.
• tea towels
• cleaning products and garbage bags
• paper towel
• paper tissues
• toilet paper

There are no hotplates or freezers.

The price includes:

Breakfast includes:
• hot drinks: coffee, tea, milk, chocolate, herbal teas

A little information about breakfast:
- the drinks (coffee, tea bags and herbal teas, milk, chocolate powder, fruit juice) are already in the kitchen area and you prepare your own drinks
- sugar, butter, honey, nutella are already in the kitchen area
- in the morning, we bring you on a tray, what you have ordered and which is included in the breakfast service (bread, pastries, ...) at the time you have chosen (between 7:30 am and 9:30 am)
- you have breakfast in your accommodation or on your terrace
- we thank you for bringing the tray back to us when you are finished
