Exceptional view of the lake and the mountains. Ideal in winter as in summer.
The chalet is cosy, spacious, comfortable, decorated with taste and attention to detail.
Chalet classified 4 stars "TOURISM OFFICE" and "3 CLÉS VACANCES".
The services offered perfectly meet the expectations of a demanding clientele.
The chalet is designed for 6 people (including children) maximum 2 young children.
The chalet with an area of 120 m² and a garden of 2700 m² consists of:
- 1 fully equipped, user-friendly and functional independent kitchen (dishwasher tablets and cleaning products provided)
- the very bright living room opens onto a large balcony terrace equipped with garden furniture where you can have lunch while enjoying the beautiful view (satellite cable TV - DVD player (many DVDs at your disposal) Hi- Fi - library with books and board games.
In winter you will spend your evenings by the fireplace after a day of skiing or hiking.
You have 3 spacious and very comfortable bedrooms (top-of-the-range bedding - king size beds - sheets provided, made on your arrival).
No sofa bed or bunk beds.
- 2 bathrooms (bath mats - hair dryer - scales - bathrobes - guest slippers)
- 2 toilets
- 1 lingerie: small pool - washing machine - dryer - ironing board - iron (detergent tablets provided)
- 1 office space (WiFi broadband internet)
- 1 relaxation lounge which opens directly onto a terrace overlooking the garden (satellite cable TV - DVD player)
We come to the chalet "Sunny Hill" to rest and enjoy time with friends or family.

Access to the ski slopes at only 400m, town center at 600m and lake at 1 km. Everything is close.

The free snow shuttle 100m drops you off at the foot of the Mauselaine ski slopes.

In the chalet the sanitary instructions required by the Covid
19 are respected and applied to the letter.
In the event of traffic restrictions decided by the authorities in connection with the pandemic (partial or total confinement) making it impossible for the tenant to go to his rental location, the latter may cancel his stay and will then be refunded by the owner of all the sums paid.
This specific Covid cancellation condition does not guarantee the following cases (curfew, closing of shops, bars, restaurants, shows, ski areas, Covid illness of one of the travelers or if one of them is in contact .
The cancellation of the stay applies only in the case of travel restrictions imposed by the French authorities.

"Excellent séjour"
Très beau chalet idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur le lac. La ville est accessible en 2 minutes en voiture tout comme le bas des pistes ou chemins de randonnée. Très facile à pied également.
Le chalet est très bien équipé et en tout point conforme à la description. Il y a tout pour les petits, les enfants ou les adultes !
La propriétaire est charmante et la communication en amont ou pendant le séjour est très simple.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

La première impression quand vous aurez franchi le seuil de la porte , sera une sensation de bien-être immédiat.
Cette demeure reflète un Art de vivre à l'image de sa propriètaire, Madame IMHOFF.
Ici, tout a été pensé pour que vous passiez un séjour inoubliable.
La décoration est très chaleureuse et toutes les pièces présentent un haut degrés de fonctionnalité et aucun détail n'est laissé au hasard.
Encore un Grand MERCI , pour ces moments partagés en famille.
