Cancellation / Early departure: In the event of cancellation - whatever the reason - by the tenant, the sums paid will remain entirely with the owner. No refunds will be made. The same in the event of early departure. In return, in the event of cancellation by the owner, the tenant will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid, plus a 5% compensation. Taking out holiday cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Specific Cancellation Conditions Force Majeure Covid 19 Pandemic:
In the event of an administrative ban by the French State relating to the free movement or free assembly of people in the private sphere on French territory which would prevent the tenant from accessing their place of stay, the deposit (and the balance) of the reservation will be refunded.
If the Sybelles and Albiez-Montrond ski resorts were to close on state orders, the tenant would be reimbursed. If these prohibitions were to occur during the stay, the reimbursement would be pro rata for the nights missed, starting from the day the tenant leaves the Chalet.
These Covid 19 Specific Conditions are strictly and exclusively linked to restrictions imposed by the French State on French territory.
These Specific Covid 19 Cancellation Conditions are NOT applicable in the event of restrictions emanating from a foreign country. In such a case, the tenant would not be able to claim any reimbursement.
These Specific Covid 19 Cancellation Conditions are NOT applicable in the event of closure of French borders preventing a tenant residing abroad from returning to France. In such a case, the tenant would not be able to claim any reimbursement.
These Specific Covid 19 Cancellation Conditions are NOT applicable in the event of a canceled flight or train. In such a case, the tenant would not be able to claim any reimbursement.
These Specific Covid 19 Cancellation Conditions are NOT applicable in the event of closure of the Ski Lifts of the stations as long as access to the stations remains possible. In such a case, the tenant would not be able to claim any reimbursement.
These Specific Covid 19 Cancellation Conditions are NOT applicable in the event of cancellation for personal reasons, whatever the reason, even linked to contamination of one or more participants by the coronavirus. In such a case, the tenant would not be able to claim any reimbursement.
