The Milandes chalet is a single-storey chalet equipped with reversible air conditioning built in 2021, consisting of a bedroom with 1 140cm bed, a bedroom with 1 90cm bed and 2 90cm bunk beds, a bathroom water with a spacious shower, a separate WC, a fitted kitchen area with microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc., a living room with flat screen TV and DVD.

It is very popular for its geographical location on the estate (quiet) whose covered terrace of 19 m2 overlooks the forest.

Nestled at the top of a wooded hill, La Truffière is close to many long and short hiking trails as well as a cycle greenway leading to Sarlat la Canéda.
