Coming from Toulouse and the West of France:
The ideal route is the A64 towards Tarbes-Lourdes (toll €1.80 in Toulouse).
Exit n°20 towards Saint Girons, on the RD 117
(Toulouse – St Girons: 100 km, around 1 hour).
Coming from Carcassonne and/or Eastern France:
The ideal route is in the direction of Foix, then Saint Girons (Carcassonne – St Girons: 165 km, around 2 hours).
In Saint Girons, take direction Castillon en Couserans (15 kms).
Cross Castillon, Bordes sur Lez, Bonac, then Sentein (11kms)
Continue straight ahead, along the stream, for another 5 kms. Pass the village of Eylie d'en bas, and continue the road to Eylie d'en Haut.
The car park is below the gîtes - 2 mins walk along the path along the stream.
Saint Girons - Eylie from above: 30 km, around 35 min
