The chalet is 20 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from Sens, 1h30 from Paris (direct access to the Vulaines motorway via the D660), 1h from Chablis and Auxerre.
2 real bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed + 1 bunk bed (1 place)
1 small bedroom to accommodate a baby.
Possibility of adding an umbrella baby bed.

You will not need to take all the equipment for your little one, almost everything is on site: deckchair, cocoonababy, doomoo, high chair, small mat for lying on baby, booster seat, bathtub, silicone dishes for the little ones, sheets and duvet, sterilizer.

You will not need to bring your own linen (towels/bed), everything is also included.

In the living room, television (Orange TV) with Netflix access for adults and access for children.

Outside: you will have a very pretty enclosed garden of 800 m² in which you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the trees in the deckchairs.
Garden furniture, barbecue, brazier.

This charming chalet will delight you with its bucolic, warm and friendly side.
Whether you are passing through, with family or in the area for work, your serenity will return if it had left you.

For little sprites, a park 50 m from the chalet is dedicated to them.
In the same place for older children, fitness trail, tennis courts with basketball hoops, ping-pong table, pétanque courts, football.
Large pump track 100 m from the chalet, remember to take your bikes!
