Stroll, nautical activities, nature and calm will be there.
The estate is located 10 m from Beau Rivage beach, ideal for picnics.
Discover our chalet of 83 m² accompanied by its terrace of approximately 30 m², with its fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room.
Around the large corridor you will find:
-a bedroom with 1 bed of 160×190cm and its large closet.
-a bedroom with 1 bed of 140 × 190 cm and its large closet
-a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 × 190 cm and its wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower and bathtub
- toilet
In the chalet you also have a laundry room where you will find:
- a washing machine
-a small fridge for drinks
-a vacuum
- an ironing board and its iron
- a tancarville
In the living room you have a television and table football.
In order to make the most of your stay and the sun (yes in Brittany the weather is nice!) A garden table and parasol await you on the terrace.

Discover our chalet of 83 m² accompanied by its terrace of approximately 30 m², with its fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and dining room.

Gite tres propre, belle vue sur lac, bien équipé, activités nautiques et restaurant a proximité. Le plus, le babyfoot qui réunit les générations.

"Un bonheur de chalet"
Ideal pour des vacances reposantes et sportives en famille. Le lac permet de nombreuses randonnées en forêt, la pêche et les activités nautiques. Le chalet est bien aménagé très propre, rien ne manque (pour l'humour sauf le couteau à beurre 🤗). Accueil très sympathique.
Très belle découverte qui a ravi nos trois petits enfants (20, 18 et 17 ans).

"Superbe chalet, dans un cadre magnifique"
Nous venons de passer 3 nuits, dans ce magnifique chalet très spacieux, très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Situé à quelques mètres du lac de Guerledan. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement.
