Charming chalet surrounded by nature and very quiet, on the borders of Lot and Dordogne
This is a comfortable, recently built chalet for 1 to 4 people, entirely made of wood. We used many diverse woods from the region.
The chalet is located in the 'Le Bois de Barthes' estate in Lavercantière.
The living room includes a dining area, sofa, television area and a very comfortable 160x200 alcove bed.
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, a fridge, a gas stove, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave.
The sofa can be used as a 80x190 bed and on the upper floor there are 2 90x190 beds and various cupboards.
This top floor is not suitable for children under 5 years old.
The bathroom has a good hot shower, toilet and sink. There is WiFi and a television
Around the chalet a covered terrace with table and chairs and a private garden
The 10 x 5 m salt swimming pool is to be shared with the guests of our 2 other chalets

This is a comfortable, recently built chalet for 1 to 4 people, entirely made of wood. We used many diverse woods from the region.
The chalet is located in the 'Le Bois de Barthes' estate in Lavercantière.
The living room includes a dining area, sofa, television area and a very comfortable 160x200 alcove bed.
