Gîte located on a plot of 800 m², lush greenery, bordered by a one-hectare pond where fishing is authorized without a license.
You have approximately 1000 m² of pond and more than 25 meters of bank at your disposal.
Direct access to the pond from the plot (type of fish in the pond: tench, bream, roach, carp, pike, perch, etc.) A boat is at your disposal.
Another fishing pond is at your disposal in the nearest village (2 km), with permit.

Comfortable chalet, capacity for 4 people.
A bedroom (composed of a double bed 140), sofa bed in the living room (bed 140).
A living room, TV (TNT), kitchen area (fully equipped, gas hob, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, Tassimo pod machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, sandwich maker, raclette, dishes for 6 people, cooking accessories, etc.)
Shower room, sink, separate toilet.

Electric heating.

Accessories available: standing fan, drying rack, ironing board/iron, travel cot, deckchair (free).
For young and old alike, various board games and outdoor games are available (small slide, sandbox, etc.)
