Gîte/chalet, furnished 3-star tourist accommodation, located in a bucolic setting, on a plot of 2800 m², lush greenery and trees, bordered by a pond where fishing is authorized without a permit since the pond is private.
You have about 1000 m² of this pond, without vis-à-vis and about 120 meters of bank as well as two fishing pontoons (type of fish in the pond: roach, tench, bream, carp, pike , perch …)
You have access from the plot to the Airaines river where fishing is also authorized but with a permit. The pond has just been re-poisoned in December 2022 (about twenty carp, tench brem, roach, rotangles, etc.)
Fishing is also possible in a communal pond (with permit) in the neighboring village located 2 km away.

Comfortable chalet, capacity 4 to 6 people.
