Welcome to our cottage located in the center of Saint-Aignan, 3 km from the Beauval zoo: 60 m² house with courtyard, completely renovated, can accommodate up to 7 people (4 adults and 3 children) + 1 baby.
All equipment, furniture, appliances and bedding are recent and of high quality.
Free parking spaces on the street.

Our cottage was completely restored in 2019.
You will find the charm of old houses (exposed beams and tiles) combined with contemporary style.
Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home:
- fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, classic coffee maker + L'OR BARISTA® pod machine)
- living room with 140x195 convertible sofa, 80 cm LED TV and DVD player
- a bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a wardrobe, a bedroom with 90x190 bunk beds, a chest of drawers and a 115x185 2-seater fireside chair with 13 cm mattress
- a bathroom with an 80x120 shower, hairdryer, separate WC
- washing machine, iron and ironing board + drying rack

You can also enjoy the sunny balcony with 1 table and 2 chairs and the courtyard with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and barbecue and sandbox (courtyard shared by the two adjoining gîtes, while having its own access to each gîte and a separate part).

Baby equipment on site (travel cot, high chair, baby bath, changing mat, potty and toilet reducer; games).
