When users fail to comply with any of the obligations established by Law 13/2011 on Tourism in Andalusia, especially the rules of coexistence, users may be denied access to the property and required to leave the property within twenty-four hours.

The persons or entities operating the property may request the assistance of the security forces and bodies to evict from the property those who fail to comply with the usual rules of social coexistence or who intend to access or remain there for a purpose other than the normal use of the service.
