When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of BRL 245 per pet, per night applies. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet(s) is allowed. The property only accommodates pets weighing up to 20 kg. We accept pets exclusively in the Deluxe Suite with Garden View and Premium Suite with Pool View. To book, we ask that you contact the reservations department. You will be asked to present your vaccination card from the last year and sign the Term of Responsibility with knowledge of the regulations.

Please note that according to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990 minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
