Cabanes en bois, gîtes locations saisonnières

My professional retraining project, after 28 years as a landscaper, is due to open at the end of June 2024.
I decided to create lodges where I would like to go on vacation.

My 2 wooden cabins, on stilts (platform 1.10 m high), are located in the Hérault hinterland, more precisely in Clermont-l'Hérault (34 - southern France).
The department of Hérault is very rich in tourism:
- Lac du Salagou (5 km from my cabins)
- Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert (20 km from my cabins)
- The 9 locks of Fonséranes & the Canal du Midi (50 km from my cabins)
- The Cirque de Mourèze (8 km from my cabins)
- Villeneuvette (3 km from my cabins)
- …

With a living area of 29 m², they are equipped to accommodate 5 people (1 bedroom: 1 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom: 3 80x200 beds).
Equipped with a furnished covered terrace of 14 m², and a private garden of approximately 250 m² per cabin.

1 cabin is equipped with a bowling green, while the other has a small relaxation area with 3 deckchairs and a hanging egg.

The cabins are equipped with a separate WC & bathroom, bathroom with large shower cabin.

Large oak trees border the cabins, and a landscaped garden completes the layout.
