House Rules:
- Please complete online check-in within 24 hours before arrival using the link sent with your booking confirmation and proceed with entering the required data (including guest identification documents) and signing the lease.
- The tourist tax is included in the total price of the property.
- Check-in starts at 3.00 pm and will be managed remotely by Venicevillas, which will provide all the information necessary to recover the keys. It is possible to enter independently at any time, with flexibility and without stress. Our assistance will be available until 10pm; thereafter, contact us only in cases of urgency.
- No payment will be required upon arrival, however you will need to enter a credit or debit card in the online check-in form, preferably the same one used to pay for the booking. The sum of €100 will be pre-authorized for the security deposit. There will be no charge and the pre-authorization will be canceled 48 hours after departure, unless damage is detected. In this case, you will still be notified.
- If you arrive after 10pm, we ask you to keep the noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the neighbors.
- On the day of departure it is forbidden to leave rubbish bags outside or inside the apartment. In Venice, waste collection is only carried out in the morning, except on Sundays. Please scrupulously follow the recommendations provided during check-in by the reception staff.
- It is the guests' responsibility to ensure that all windows, shutters and doors are closed when leaving the apartment, to ensure the safety of the property.
- Guests must turn off the lights, air conditioning in summer and heating in winter to help save energy.
- All damages and breakages must be reported immediately to the reception manager.
- It is forbidden to take away the towels provided.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
