Our rooms are not cleaned daily. If you stay longer than 7 days, we can carry out a minor cleaning upon request.

Organizing student and bachelor parties or drinking parties is not permitted.

In the event of any nuisance, you will be removed immediately without a refund and any additional costs incurred will be charged.

Additionally, we offer exciting activities like the Waterjump for those seeking an extra thrill.The winter season runs from mid-October to mid-March, and during these months.

In addition to windsurf rentals, we offer ski and snowboard lessons on our indoor Snow Slope. Restaurant Eat & See is open year-round and features in the winter a cozy Austrian atmosphere in both decor and menu. The winter-themed Snow Hut offers lessons and Eisstockschießen: a fun game for all ages.
