In the heart of Provence, on the Route Touristique des Côtes du Rhône, 1 km from the picturesque village of Faucon, and the town of Vaison-la-Romaine (4 km), renowned for its Roman remains (theater and Roman site un most important in Europe).

We offer a cottage in the countryside, for 2 to 4 people, adjoining our house, but completely independent.

Location facing south, well shaded, with a 15 x 8 meter swimming pool, ideal for swimmers as well as for children, depth from 50 cm to 1.60 m

The cottage is located in the countryside sheltered from the Mistral, surrounded by vineyards and the Falcon forest, where you can reach the village of Faucon on foot, while walking under the pines, oaks and you can contemplate the Mont Ventoux by getting closer to the village.

Our lodging is located full south, in the countryside surrounded by vineyards, 1 km from the village of Faucon, which you can reach by the forest in 20 minutes, beautiful walk, with a panorama of Mont Ventoux.
The washing machine is at the owner's, laundry on request free.

The Mont Ventoux awaits the most passionate! You will climb the summit while discovering wonderful paths where you will stop for a picnic and take a well-deserved nap.
Mont Ventoux also offers you its winding roads for the most experienced cyclists as well as trails in the woods for mountain bikers.
Our Giant of Provence, Mont Ventoux offers you family activities such as: trekking in the trees, horseback riding, devalkart, restaurants.

The Dentelles de Montmirail: limestone rocky bars, eroded to give their current shape, the Dentelles de Montmirail are a true earthly paradise for outdoor recreation, it is the ideal place for hiking and climbing in all seasons.
The nearest town is Vaison-la-Romaine where on Tuesday there is a magnificent Provencal market which takes place throughout the town, and from June cultural events, music festival, dances, theater, flea market, art day you will enchant.

You can go climbing or hiking in the Dentelles de Montmirail, a magnificent site with a view of the Vaucluse plain.

We are at the edge of the Drôme Provençale, 15 minutes by car, where you will visit a charming town and village such as Buis-les-Baronnies, Mollans-sur-Ouvèze ...
If your holiday plans are in the spring, from May you can taste our cherries, directly from the cottage, very juicy and sun-kissed, as well as the strawberries of our farmer friends, asparagus are also a delight, and well other seasonal vegetables. In summer, we will make you taste well browned apricots from July, followed by melons, and of course the peaches and plums will delight you.

In autumn, table grapes: Muscat will awaken your taste buds with a good goat cheese.
Our little village is authentic, on Wednesday and Saturday mornings you can shop for fruit and vegetables in the main square. A little higher up you will buy your bread instead of lime trees, and why not have your breakfast under the lime trees of the bakery while tasting their delicious pastries… and what about their breads: a delight.

The village square has a charming restaurant with traditional cuisine.

While strolling, you can reach the Promenade du Gournier, with its waterfall and its small stream that will lead you to a small pond, and if you are lucky you may see beavers living there, but also a whole biosphere, with its insects and a multitude of dragonflies of all colors, butterflies, abundant vegetation ...

Provence, its generous sun, its vineyards, its forests, its mountains, its monuments (Antique theater of Vaison-la-Romaine, the Palace of the Popes of Avignon, Les Baux-de-Provence, the Dentelles de Montmirail, Le Mont Ventoux, the Gorges du Toulourenc…) its beaches: the Camargue, Saintes-Maries-de-la-mer just 1h30 from the gîte, Hautes-Alpes, Gap at 2h00 will enchant you to spend a holiday in all serenity.
