Berry Barns has its own 2.5 acres of coarse fishing lakes stocked with a variety of large fish, including specimen crucian carp. Fishing is residents only, ensuring a peaceful and unhurried experience. On the property's 25 acres of land, guests may see Highland cattle, ducks, geese and chickens.
Dartmoor National Park is 20 miles away, whilst North Devon's sandy beaches can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

The spacious living room has a stone inglenook fireplace and patio doors opening out into the well-kept garden.
Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.Children up to 3 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
