Indeed, the 1st bedroom located in front of the swimming pool and equipped with a 160x200 bed, is in direct communication with a large room of 24 m² where we find the large bathroom but also an ideal space for one (or two) cot(s), as well as a desk and two dressing rooms.
The layout of the rooms in the villa is excellent for 2 couples or adults, and unfortunately not easy for a family with one or two small children.
To access the 2nd bedroom, it is necessary to leave the main part and go to the upper floor with access through the solarium.
The whole villa is very comfortable and a beautiful light makes it pleasant.

LOCATION: very quiet because at the end of a dead end, between Saint-Raphaël and Sainte-Maxime at the entrance to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, but without traffic jams, easy by car, explanations will be given to you with all the necessary details

A multitude of sites to discover, the direct sea, between Les Maures and Esterel, and the nearby Middle Var.
The region is ideal for the practice of all the pleasures of the sea.

The nearest golf course is that of Sainte Maxime "Blue Green" 6 km from the villa, many other golf courses are located within a radius of 20 km.
