Private heated poolBELLA VISTA is a recent, dominant villa with enclosed grounds, parking, garden and private swimming pool, located on a south-facing hill in a quiet and residential area with panoramic views of the plain of Fayence and the Esterel (sea views).
Located in Montauroux in the canton of Fayence (East Var), the house is 45 minutes from Nice airport, 30 minutes from the beaches of Mandelieu or Fréjus, 10 minutes from Lake St-Cassien.
Close to the Côte d'Azur therefore but also to the hinterland allowing activities such as mountain biking, walks in the forest, gulf of white lands, lake activities, gliding...
There are many shops in the canton; Leclerc, Intermarché, Lidl, Carrefour.
Regarding the house, it includes 165 m² of living space plus annexes.
A living room adjoining an open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with toilets, a summer kitchen, several covered and uncovered furnished and equipped terraces. 11 beds in all distributed in 4 bedrooms.
The swimming pool is 8.5 m long, it is heated before season (May, June) and after season (September, October).
Its beach is equipped: parasols, deckchairs, tables, chairs, barbecue…
The house is rented with linen for the beds and towels as well as for the swimming pool.
