The barn is set in beautiful, tranquil countryside with stunning views of the rural Charentais landscape and just 5 minutes from the town of Montmoreau-Saint-Cybard and 30 minutes from the charming town of Angoulême.

There is a large covered terrace which is perfect for 'al fresco' dining.

Below is a private 10 x 5m swimming pool and sunny wooden terrace.
There is a large garden, lovely countryside walks from the doorstep and plenty of parking.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds and a bunk bed. A baby cot can be provided on request.
There is a family bathroom with bath, WC, separate shower and sink.
