In the heart of the village, you will have the entire house of 248 m² and its fenced 1,800 m² garden.
The house is also decorated with a 9 x 3 m swimming pool secured by an electric shutter and an alarm as well as a 40 m² terrace on the ground floor with its Weber barbecue. There is also a terrace upstairs.
The house is divided into 5 bedrooms with double bed (180x200) and 2 bedrooms with 2 x 2 single beds (90x190), 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, living / dining room, hanging fireplace, air conditioning on the ground floor floor.
A large 20 m² kitchen with a central island with 4 gas burners, oven, dishwasher, microwave ... laundry room (dryer, washing machine, freezer and fridge).
Bed linen, WiFi, TV, 2 folding beds, 2 high chairs are available. The villa has been fully decorated and designed by an architect and a painter.
A bakery, butcher, grocery store are 2 min walk.

"Séjour trés agréable"
Notre séjour s est très bien passé.
La maison est agréable et très bien aménagée (même concernant les ustensiles en cuisine , c était top !)
La déco , les installations, tout est de bon goût et pratique.
Néanmoins, il manque une chambre fermée si 14 adultes , donc 7 couples, tentent l'expérience. Mais nous étions prévenus : 2 chambres communiquent par un escalier et ne sont pas fermées. En partant à 12 adultes et 2 enfants, ce sera parfait.
La région offre un tas de possibilités de balades, visites, découvertes...
Un séjour parfait pour repartir requinqués :)
