Welcome to the MAISON du COTTON, charming, quiet house, which offers 2 bright guest rooms, perfectly soundproofed, with independent access for each.
Each room has a private terrace.
A terrace shared by the two bedrooms overlooks the garden flooded with sunshine at dusk.
Part of the garden is reserved for these two bedrooms.
They have been decorated with furniture and objects chosen with care and which will disorient you.
Each bedroom has, of course, a shower room, sink and separate toilet.
A kitchen shared by the two bedrooms will allow you to have your breakfasts or even to be able to have lunch or dinner either inside, or on your private terrace or the private garden.

The MAISON du COTTON is a bioclimatic house built with natural materials, it is respectful of the environment
and the circular economy.
The MAISON du COTTON is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by pine trees and greenery, 1 km from the Arcachon basin.

The MAISON du COTTON was imagined and designed by BRIGITTE, the owner, honorary lawyer, who practiced in Paris before settling in Normandy where she built a first MAISON du COTTON which was very successful.
But the Norman climate not always being good, she decides, after a stay in front of the Arcachon basin for which she fell in love at first sight, to come and settle there and continue the adventure of the COTTON HOUSE under milder skies.
She therefore builds this pretty ecological house and offers her guests to discover the true soul of this magical region with a sporting but also relaxing atmosphere with its wonderful landscapes, its secret tables, its hidden addresses, the ocean and the exceptional beauty. from the Arcachon basin.
Not to mention the exhibitions and cultural events that Brigitte will inform you about.

Bicycles are at your disposal.

Located to the east, it is flooded with sun in the morning and has a private terrace not overlooked with table and chairs as well as access to a common area, on the garden side.
It has a 160x200 bed (which can be transformed into 2 beds of 80), a shower room (Italian style) and separate toilets
An office area and a television complete the installation

The room ** ANDROMEDE:
Located to the west, it is bathed in the afternoon sun and has a private semi-covered terrace with table and chairs as well as access to a common area.

The 2 bedrooms are provided with bed linen and towels
The 2 bedrooms have WiFi internet access on request and TV in each

The shared kitchenette has ceramic hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, crockery, glasses, tea towels ...

It is possible to have lunch or dinner inside, the kitchen has a glass bar table and teak chairs.
Outside, you can take your meals in the private garden, shared between the two bedrooms, or on the private terrace of each bedroom.

For breakfast, which you will compose yourself, you can have it at a time that suits you and wherever you want. Private terrace, garden or bar.
