Ideally located in the heart of the country of Brive, in the town of Beynat, this independent house and without vis-à-vis benefits from a southern exposure and an unobstructed view of the surrounding hills. In this green setting, you can fully recharge your batteries while enjoying the calm and serenity of the place.

The completely renovated house can ideally accommodate 8 people.

Additional beds (4 maxi) are possible on request for 50 €/person and per week.
The ground floor includes a large open space on a dining room, a living room and a fitted kitchen.

A bathroom with shower, an independent toilet area and a laundry room complete this level. The floor, reserved for the sleeping area, includes 4 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Two bedrooms have a bed for 2 people of 140*190. A third has a double bed (140*190) and a child's bed (90*190). The fourth is converted into a dormitory to accommodate children and teenagers. It includes 5 beds; a 140*200 bed supporting a 90*200 bed and two other 90*190 bunk beds.

The exterior has an enclosed and secure space for children, a terrace for outdoor dining, as well as shaded garden furniture. Also available are parking spaces for 4 vehicles and a bicycle shed.

Lovers of walks and hikes, you will enjoy the many walking and/or cycling routes (road/mountain biking) that dot the countryside.

If you prefer swimming, lakes equipped for young and old are accessible within 10 minutes by car. For lovers of sites and beautiful villages, Curemonte, Collonges la Rouge or Turenne (classified among the most beautiful villages in France) but also Argentat and Beaulieu in the Dordogne valley await you less than 30 minutes away by car. Although a little further away, Uzerche, Pompadour and Ségur le Chateau will also seduce you.

The privileged position of this cottage allows day trips to discover the most beautiful sites in Corrèze (Massif des Monédières, waterfalls of Gimel and Murel, dams on the Dordogne, ruins of Merle, ..) but also the wonders of the Lot (Rocamadour, Padirac, ...), the tourist sites of the Dordogne (Domme, La Roque Cageac, Sarlat, les Eyzies, Lascaux, ..) or the beauties of Cantal (Puy Mary, Salers, Plomb du Cantal,..).

Finally, any stay in Corrèze deserves that one is interested in the local gastronomy, made of local products that one finds on the local markets or on the famous one of Brive la Gaillarde. For your evenings, dining out and various festivals will also enhance your stay.
