Located in a quiet and peaceful residence, in a beautiful green setting on a plot of 1550 m², you will appreciate the location of this apartment, type T2, of 45 m², located 10 minutes from Ajaccio (4 km), on Alata, village side.
It is on the garden level of our villa, with an independent terrace, accessing the garden and the swimming pool.
You will appreciate its comfort, its private terrace of 40 m², not overlooked, offering a breathtaking view of the Alata plain and the Gulf of Lava (classified as a “NATURA 2000” site), as well as its location: less 10 km from the first beaches (15 min).
Ajaccio airport is 11 km away, the commercial port, city center or Ajaccio train station are 5 km away.

- no noise after 10:00 p.m.
- swimming pool access authorized for owners and tenants named on the contract
- shared swimming pool in the morning, it will be reserved for you from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and in the evening from 8 p.m. Outside the slot reserved for owners (maintenance and leisure) adaptable.

In Ajaccio, at the "E.Leclerc - Rocade" Supermarket roundabout, boulevard de l'abbé RECCO, take the 2nd exit, direction "Villanova, ALATA" (D61).
At 1 km, you will pass under an aqueduct with 7 bridges (boulangerie des 7 ponts, Proxi Market).
Continue straight ahead for 4 km until you reach the PRUNO pass, where you have the entrance to the village of Alata: school, post office and a bar (D461).
Continue the road, towards the village, for 900 meters, on your right you will see on an aged iron sign, "Résidence les Asphodèles", a block of mailboxes and garbage containers. Take this concrete driveway, the house will be the first on the left, after the hairpin.

Location très bien située aux portes d'Ajaccio.
Environnement calme, vue magnifique sur le golfe de Lava. Ce rez-de-villa est très bien équipé et la propreté est irréprochable. Le jardin est très, très agréable. Quant aux propriétaires, Isabelle et Philippe sont très accueillants et de bon conseil. A recommander !

"Très beau sejour"
Superbe séjour dans un cadre idyllique aux portes d ajaccio. Appartement très bien équipé, au calme, joliment décoré et propreté impeccable.. imaginez un dîner en terrasse avec un superbe coucher de soleil avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe de lava... que demander de plus... on profite ! Sans oublier l accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.. A recommander sans hésitation.
