Just 200 meters from the beach and shops, our 90 m² cottage can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 young children. Ideally located in the charming, typical Devallon district, close to the entertainment of the pedestrian street, you will enjoy a practical and friendly setting.
With its private parking, leave your car safely and discover the pleasure of doing everything on foot: walks on the beach, shopping, restaurants and local markets.
In a quiet location, the cottage offers you comfort and you have:
- a large master suite equipped with a 140 cm bed and a private bathroom
- a second small attic bedroom (maximum height 1.60 m at the highest point) with 2 90 cm beds
- a sleeping area in the large living room with its 140 cm sofa bed. It can be closed with curtains to preserve your privacy, 1 second sofa, coffee table, pouffes, television (no WiFi)
- a fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
- 1 veranda opening onto the terrace
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 WC
- 2 terraces of 20 m²: barbecue, garden furniture, coffee tables, shade sail, 6 deckchairs, 3 parasols

"Formidable séjour"
Une petite maison avec tout ce qu'il faut ! Séjour dans un environnement calme avec la mer et la forêt à proximité, ainsi que tous les petits commerçants. Hôte très disponible, accueillante et pleine de ressource
