At the Swallows' Nest, in Marseillan, 5 km from the beach, fully air-conditioned house of 110m², equipped and open American kitchen, its furnished balcony terrace and its private heated swimming pool of 6 by 3 meters (open from April 1 to November 6). , at 28° electrolysis filtration (no chlorine) which benefits from sunshine all day long.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a 1.5 meter high wooden fence with secure gate.

Summer kitchen (gas grill - fridge - work surface), its furnished terrace with its dining area facing the swimming pool.
Electric gate (remote control provided) with the possibility of parking 2 vehicles on the property.

For a pleasant time, a ping-pong table is at your disposal.

The house has three large bedrooms (2 160x200 beds and 1 140x190 bed).
Each room has a mosquito net on the window.

The completely renovated house is ideally located since it is sheltered from any noise pollution, while being close to the city center (2 minutes on foot), the port, a shopping center as well as bars, restaurants (see book on site) and the cycle path.

Supplement to pay on arrival:

Fees must be paid on arrival for cleaning as well as a deposit check (€800)

For the period from 06/11 to 30/03 the costs are 80€.

For the period from 01/04 to 05/11 the costs are 120€, with the exception of a stay of 2 nights the costs will be 90€

The accommodation is non-smoking for the well-being of everyone.

Marseillan is characterized by its pretty pedestrian port (salt water fountain) lined with shops and restaurants, its pond suitable for the production of oysters and mussels, its long beach (16 km long) of fine sand accessible by the road or via the beautiful cycle path.

The heated swimming pool and the summer kitchen will be accessible from Saturday April 1st until Monday November 6th.

For the little story :

As the saying goes, “one swallow doesn’t make spring.”

On the ground floor of the house, there is a garage (obviously unoccupied), for several decades, at the beginning of spring, we have let in (through an opening in the gate) swallows that come from Africa, to nest and reproduce.
The swallows that are born will come back the following year, which is how there have been swallows in the garage for many years.
They will leave at the end of September for warmer countries to spend the winter.

Swallows are very useful to fight against the invasion of mosquitoes during the summer period and more particularly against the tiger,
in fact they eat a lot of insects every day, including many mosquitoes.
