Ideal location for visiting the entire South Vendée with its dream beaches: La Faute-sur-Mer, La Tranche, L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer ... 30 minutes from La Rochelle, L'Île de Ré and Les Sables-d ' Olonne.
The Puy du Fou, the first European theme park and the third in the world, is 45 minutes away, as well as La Venise Verte.
We are 1 km from Luçon, historic town, homeland of Richelieu, famous for its Cathedral. You will find all the shops and 3 hypermarkets there.
Excellent bakery 5 min walk.
And for road access you are 10 minutes from the A83 motorway, Nantes / Paris / Bordeaux.

Access to the historic departmental forest of Sainte-Gemme-la-Plaine.
