Rutas de senderismoWelcome to the Massat Valley, in the Saraillé Pass, in the Tiquet area, at an altitude of 850 m, in the Couserans, in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park, between valleys, mountains, and pastures on the horizon.
For your vacation with family or friends.
Our very comfortable stone house, built in 1913 and renovated in 2024, will welcome you to a large apple and pear orchard.
The house is composed of:
• on the ground floor: an entrance hall, a WC, a living room with adjoining fitted kitchen.
• upstairs: a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms: one with a 140cm double bed, one with 2 90cm beds (which can be pushed together) and the attic, comfortable and fitted out with a games area with PS4 (Fifa, etc.) and various board games, guitar and a sleeping area with 2 90cm beds.
Your meals can be taken outside with barbecue, on the wooden terrace sheltered by an apple tree with a view of the orchard and the valley.
Private parking
Bathroom linen is not provided.

HEATING: Starting in September, electricity consumption above 8 kWh will be billed. The meter reading will be taken upon arrival, along with the inventory.
In high season the cottage is only rented by the week (€650 per week) from Saturday to Saturday as well as CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR'S DAY
Out of season the cottage can be rented for short stays or 3-day weekends (€350).
In addition, the tourist tax will be payable on site.

"Vacances d’été en pleine nature"
Maison très confortable accès voiture sans problème , jolie déco , situation calme terrasse très sympa pour repas bbq , vue agréable le plus la chambre dans le grenier est top pour les enfants. Je recommande cette location !
