Babies welcome In the heart of a village in the Pays du Mont Blanc, at an altitude of 1020 m, in the Plateau d'Assy, 5 km from the resort of Plaine Joux, skiing in winter and mountain in summer with all its activities including starting point for many hikes (Massif des Fiz, Mont Blanc, Aiguilles Rouges and Aravis) facing the Mont Blanc massif.
Via Ferrata 20 min walk. Many snowshoe circuits.
For all nature lovers and those who like to be set back from renowned resorts, this is the ideal place.
Economically it is a wise choice to avoid overspending.
Experienced mountaineers will be at the heart of the action, Passy is the base camp of Mont Blanc!
The 45 m² apartment is comfortably equipped and decorated in a mountain style where it is good to rest after busy days.
It consists of 3 rooms including a living room with a mezzanine bed for 1 person, very comfortable sofa for 4 people, table and chairs.
A separate kitchen with induction hob, hood, fridge-freezer, MW oven and grill fan, dishwasher and crockery for 6 people.
A large bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 and mezzanine with sleeping 1 person (190 x 90) not reserved for children under 6 years old.
A small bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), storage.
2 bathrooms with WC, shower, sink, one with washing machine.
An entrance with clearance, south-facing balcony.
Cot with comfort mattress + high chair available.
