The main apartment (located on the 1st floor of a 3-storey family house) is composed of the following rooms:
- 1 living/dining room, with long balcony opening onto the valley side
- 1 parental suite with a double bed, width 140 cm, valley side, with private shower and toilet
- 1 large quadruple bedroom with 1 double bed, width 140 cm + 2 beds, width 90 cm, street side (+ cot on request)
- 1 large shower room + wc (equipped with a washing machine), street side
- 1 traditional kitchen equipped with 3/4 halogen hotplates, 1 electric oven, 1 microwave oven, 1 fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, complete cookware, street side.
2 additional bedrooms on the upper floor, to accommodate 4 additional people, are available on request and at an additional cost of €350 per room/week.
The whole is ideally located in a very quiet pedestrian alley opening onto a pretty square with a fountain where the children can play, right in the center of the village.
As it is a family house with 3 levels, the entire 1st floor - independent - will be dedicated to you.
On the ground floor of the house, a games room will be at your disposal, at the discretion of the owners, with: table football, ping, mini-billiards, board games, pétanque games...
Family and friendly atmosphere.
Animals not accepted.
Non-smoking apartment.
Parties not allowed.
Closed garage possibly possible for motorcycles or bicycles (depending on the period).
Many free or paid parking spaces nearby for cars.

"Gîte idéal pour vacances authentiques"
Cette maison provençale en plein centre village nous a permis de passer d’excellentes vacances en famille très confortables. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie très confortable, la cuisine très bien équipée et le salon lumineux. Nous avons adoré chercher les croissants le matin à la boulangerie en face, prendre l’apéro sur le balcon avec vue sur la vallée, jouer avec les enfants à la pétanque sur la place piétonne face à la maison, voir les spectacles en mangeant des glaces sur la place de l’église, faire le tour du village en petit train etc. Nous avons fait de belles randonnées au départ du village (et fait un voeu en touchant la chaine!), les enfants étaient ravis de faire du bateau sur le lac et des promenades à cheval. Bref logement idéal pour des vacances en famille avec en prime un accueil chaleureux!

"Beau logement familial très bien situé"
Ce grand logement dans une maison familiale est très confortable.
Situé au coeur du village de Moustiers, très calme et toutes les courses se font à pied.
Vue imprenable sur la vallée et le village depuis le balcon.
Les propriétaires qui habitaient un autre appartement dans la maison sont très chaleureux, de bon conseil et très discrets.
Je vous recommande vivement cette agréable location dans cette magnifique région qui regorge d'activités.
