This 27 m² apartment was completely renovated in a Loft style, it is located on the 5th floor of the Datcha building, facing south, it offers an exceptional panorama of the mountains, the resort, and the slopes.

For the happiness of all its visitors, Avoriaz makes it a point of honor to offer ever more leisure each year. Everything is planned to satisfy the whole family, get started in white water sports, climbing, cani-hiking, on-site pétanque, golf, trampolines, inflatable games, ping pong, etc. etc.

All amenities are within 5 min (shops, restaurants, school and ski rental, packages, toboggan runs (Aquariaz at the bottom of the building)).
Avoriaz is a pedestrian station, access to the apartment can be done directly from the car park located 300 m away (by horse-drawn carriage, shuttle, or sledge).

He understands :
- a large living room with two 2 seater convertible sofas (very practical since they can be closed with the duvets and pillows inside to save storage space and above all no need to redo the beds each time) sleeping 140x200, a large cupboard, and a storage unit
- a kitchen equipped with oven and microwave, 4 induction hobs, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue set, TV, WiFi connection, etc.
- a bathroom with a bathtub, heated towel rail and a toilet
- an entrance with a cupboard to store helmets and gloves
- a balcony with two armchairs and a coffee table to enjoy the sun and the view
- a ski locker

Sheets and towels are not provided but you can rent them as an option.
