The apartment is located in a residence with direct access to the sandy beach.
The apartment, approximately 36 m², has a balcony of approximately 9 m², private parking and gives free access to the residence's swimming pool (open from the beginning of June to the end of September).
The apartment is located on the 1st and last floor and has a mezzanine:
1st level: a bedroom (2 single beds 90x190), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a kitchen area, a dining area, a lounge area and the balcony
2nd level: an open mezzanine (140x190 bed)
The apartment is tastefully furnished. It is equipped with German television, a CD player, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a Tassimo coffee machine, a toaster, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, an electric grill and garden furniture.
It is the ideal apartment for a relaxing seaside holiday for two or a family.
The apartment is for 4 people maximum.
