10 minutes from the A61 motorway (Castelnaudary or Villefranche-de-Lauragais exits).
The Canal du Midi is 1.5 km away, the Ganguise dam with a nautical base.
The apartment is on the ground floor of my main residence.
It consists of a main room with kitchen area and living room.
A toilet a bathroom.
A first bedroom with a 140X190 double bed with a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is adjoining the first and is equipped with an 80X200 pull-out bed that can be transformed into a 160X200 bed.
Access by automatic gate and private parking in front of the accommodation.
Possibility of storing bicycles in a small room adjoining the accommodation.
Possibility of having meals outside in front of the accommodation.
Shared swimming pool, secured by an alarm.
Unlimited WiFi
