Ideally located on the Emerald Coast, between Cap Fréhel and St Malo, 50 m from the beach, opposite the Chateau Du Nessay in the former fishing village of St Briac sur mer, which has attracted so many famous painters.
Golf lovers will be delighted with the magnificent Dinard golf course, overlooking the sea, located 10 minutes walk from our rental.
On the ground floor, with an area of 41 m², it is made up of an entrance, a beautiful living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a terrace with a south-facing garden, a bedroom, a bathroom. water with shower, sink and toilet.
From June to September a beach cabin on the beach of Béchet is reserved for you.
Two bicycles are at your disposal for lovely walks to Dinard, St Lunaire, St Malo, Lancieux…
A private outdoor parking space is available within the residence.
