You are welcome to the nine thousand, modern villa classified as furnished tourism ****, ideally located on the GR34 long-distance hiking trail, a few steps from the shops and restaurants of the Perros-Guirec marina.

The furnished apartment has a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large and warm living room with a view of the garden and its ponds. You will appreciate the calm and comfort of the friendly lounge.

The 2 bedrooms are carefully decorated in a “vintage” universe. The first, with a view of the woods, offers you the option of a large bed or 2 separate beds of 90 cm. The second bedroom has a large bed, a dressing room and a lovely sea view.

The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower, double sink, heated towel rail and laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The toilets are independent of the bathroom.

You can enjoy the fresh Breton air on the roof terrace where deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue are at your disposal.

Nestled in lush greenery and bordered by a stream, you will appreciate the calm and enjoy strolling around the bodies of water in a pretty landscaped garden.

The villa has 3 independent high-end accommodations. The studio "le deux" and the apartment "le Quatre" located upstairs, are accessible by a footbridge opening onto a shared roof terrace. The apartment “le Quatre bis” is located on the ground floor.

Bed linen and bathroom linen are provided. The beds are made for your arrival.
The price includes end-of-stay cleaning and tourist tax.
Each accommodation has a private parking space on the property.
