This apartment is located on the top floor with elevator and private parking at the bottom of the residence.
Ideally located 100 m from the large thermal baths of La Bourboule (ideal for spa guests), you will be close to the shopping avenue, restaurants, 200 m from the magnificent Fenestre park, a shuttle stop for Le Mont Dore or the ski station.

"Vacances en famille"
Nous avons séjourné une semaine d'été à 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et l'appartement était parfait pour notre petite famille !
Équipé comme il faut, parfaitement placé au centre de la Bourboule (mais calme) pour aller se promener un peu partout dans la région, nous avons passé une super semaine !
Nous avons été très bien reçu et l'appartement bien que petit est très fonctionnel.
Nous le recommandons vivement.
