We rent a lower villa divided into 2 communicating apartments. They can be rented together or separately. (T2 of 35 m², up to 5 people and a new studio, luxury services, air-conditioned with additional sleeping area for 3 people). Total capacity of 8 people. The indicative prices displayed are prices per accommodation, knowing that the 2-room apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and that the studio is designed for 3 people. Ask us for a quote if you wish to rent the 2 accommodations.
These accommodations are located on the ground floor of a villa. Independent entrances, bathrooms with showers with extra flat trays. 2 Kitchens (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave and freezer in the studio) and 2 refurbished bathrooms.
In the 2 rooms there are 2 large televisions. In the studio there is 1 large television. The studio is air-conditioned, but not the two-room apartment.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Free WiFi, 3 large flat-screen TVs with Orange, OCS, Canal + and Netflix.
2 secure parking spaces inside the property and possibility of parking outside as well.
We can offer you an optional breakfast for € 8 per person per night (half price for children under 10).
You can also enjoy the garden of the house. Tables inside and tables in the garden.
You also have a charcoal barbecue at your disposal.

Nous avons séjourné avec mes trois filles dans l'appartement. Capucine nous a superbement bien accueilli après une journée de voyage. L'appartement est très bien situé, parfait pour quatre personnes, et le jardin est super.

Beau séjour dans ce gîte ou l'on est au calme , il manque juste une petite piscine. 😀

Logement bien situé, au calme, nous avons pu rentrer notre voiture dans le jardin où nos vélos électriques étaient en securité. Capucine est très accueillante.
Le logement est très confortable et très propre, rien ne manque pour un séjour agréable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

"superbe location"
c'est la deuxième fois que nous logeons chez Capucine qui est une hôte charmante, toujours prête à nous aider mais aussi discrète.
Cette fois nous avons loger dans le studio tout nouveau et agréable. Il ne manque rien.
