It is perfect for a couple, but can comfortably accommodate 3 people.
Located in a small building of 3 apartments, the loft has an independent entrance through the garden.
The apartment is located in a peaceful environment, just steps from the beach, in the very charming residential area of ​​Bouches-du-Loup in Villeneuve-Loubet Plage.
Street parking is easy, free and reserved for residents.
The apartment and the terrace overlook a Mediterranean garden (100 m²) and a beautiful lawn.
The terrace includes: table, chairs, outdoor sofa and two sun loungers.

The beach :
The beach is 150m, 2 min walk.
Swimming is supervised and several water activities are offered (water sports and sailing school).
Several handi-beaches are available nearby with specialized help for access to the sea.

Many amenities are within walking distance, including public transport: regional express train (station Villeneuve-Loubet, 1.5 km) and the bus network (a bus stop 100m away) that allows to go throughout the Côte d'Azur and beyond.

"Séjour superbe"
Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique avec vous. L'accueil a été enthousiaste et correct. La maison est très propre et décorée avec goût, avec un petit mais confortable jardin. Tout présent, tout comme indiqué. Un bel endroit calme, tout en étant proche de la mer et des commerces. Parking pas sur le domaine lui-même, mais avec un ticket de parking dans une rue calme à sens unique.
Beaucoup de choses à faire à Villeneuve-Loubet, restaurants, laverie, commerces, promenade, etc. Non loin des grandes villes comme Nice et Cannes.
Bref, vivement recommandé !
