Studio sleeping 4, A 140 bed and a sofa bed in the same room. Dining area, fitted kitchen for four people, cupboards, shower room and separate WC.
Individual terrace overlooking the park with rolling awning, garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue etc... Washing machine, dryer in the common laundry room: request for access with the owner's agreement.
Games for children: trampoline, swing and petanque ground.
Carry your bikes! The bike path is only 2 km away.
Bus stop 200 m to go down to town.

"Charmante location"
Très belle location, le cadre extérieur est calme et agréable. Le petit plus est le trampoline et la balançoire qui ont fait la joie de nos enfants, le tout, en étant proche du centre de Sarlat.
Nous avons été très bien accueillit par le propriétaire.
