Our apartment "Blue Dream" can accommodate up to 4 people.
It is located in a secure luxury residence, comprising 2 buildings, built in 2019 with only 14 apartments and a private swimming pool for the residence.
It is located on the ground floor with a private garden of 110 m² and a furnished terrace (garden furniture and sun loungers) of 30 m² facing west.

Our accommodation of 41 m² is fully equipped for 4 people, it is composed of
- an entrance with cupboards
- an open kitchen fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle, toaster,…
- a room with a picture window overlooking the terrace and the garden which you can adjust with 1 bed of 160 (or 2 beds of 80), fitted out with cupboards and shutters
- a living room with 49.5 '' flat screen TV including a comfortable 140 cm sofa bed with mattress 14 cm thick
- a bathroom with storage unit, heated towel rail and washing machine
- a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer and ironing equipment available
- home automation comfort (videophone + centralization of roller shutters)
- a parking space in the basement with lift access

The rental includes charges, sheets, towels. However beach towels are not provided.
Compulsory contribution to cleaning costs of 65 €

NON smoking apartment, pets not allowed.

If you need information during your stay, Sophie will be happy to help you. She speaks English and Italian, will be there to give you the keys, show you around the apartment and will come to check out when you leave.
